Appointments

Madison Pediatric Associates takes pride in offering a range of providers and appointment times to accommodate your schedule. Please call our office to schedule any appointments and our front desk staff will accommodate your desired time to the best of their ability. If you are unable to  make a previously scheduled appointment, please cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment. It is important to arrive on time for your  appointment so we can provide the best care for your child.  Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late for physical exams may have to reschedule.

Missed Appointments Policy

As a courtesy to our patients and physicians, we require an advance notice prior cancelling appointments.  There will be a $25.00 charge after two no show appointments.  After three no show appointments, the patient will be released. If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment, you will be marked as a no show.

Office visits in addition to preventative exams- Insurance requires us to document and code any illness or problem that has been diagnosed or managed. Your insurance carrier may charge you a copay or deductible if an illness or problem has been managed during your preventative visit. If you have questions about this please bring it to our attention.
